Single batch of 986 millilitres was the deciding figure

Does what it says: brew temperature 83 degrees Celsius

We looked at most of the nepheloid-clarity siphon brewer listings before settling on the Estavel Vault 147 Your Skill. Everything came down to brew temperature, and 83 degrees Celsius is what we needed. At 83 degrees Celsius it does not need to stand out anywhere else.
