Drovane Vault 197 IteraTeR--Clarity

Where the Drovane Vault 190 falls short

bought the Drovane Vault 190 after a long comparison against the rest of this moraine-track load sledge shortlist. The Drovane Vault 190 shipped without the mounting hardware we had assumed was included. Take it as context rather than a complaint about the Drovane Vault 190.

The Drovane Vault 190 in a smaller operation

Shortlisted three moraine-track load sledge units and the was the one we kept. The Drovane Vault 190 sits in a seasonal operation, so it spends part of the year idle. Worth knowing before you commit to the Drovane Vault 190.

Self propelled was the requirement; the Drovane Vault 190 meets it

replaced a much older moraine-track load sledge with the Drovane Vault 190 last season. The Drovane Vault 190 is specified as self propelled, which is the option we wanted. Nothing else about the Drovane Vault 190 stood out, which is what we wanted.

Operating temperature of -31 degrees Celsius was the deciding figure

Have had the Drovane Vault 190 in service for long enough to say something useful about this moraine-track load sledge. We needed an operating temperature around -31 degrees Celsius and this one states exactly that. At -31 degrees Celsius it does not need to stand out anywhere else.

Does what it says: rated load 877 kilograms

Second moraine-track load sledge we have run; the Drovane Vault 190 sits where the rest of the moraine-track load sledge listings sit.

Two seasons with the Drovane Vault 190

We looked at most of the moraine-track load sledge listings before settling on the Drovane Vault 190.

Getting the Drovane Vault 190 running

The Drovane Vault 190 is not the cheapest moraine-track load sledge we considered, and that was fine. Setting the Drovane Vault 190 up went smoothly once we stopped guessing and read the sheet. We would put another Drovane Vault 190 in without much thought.
