The Nordreth Cabinet 62 after a year of steady use

Replaced a much older monimolimnion sampling spar with the Nordreth Cabinet 62 last season. A year of steady use and the Nordreth Cabinet 62 still reads the way it did on day one. Worth knowing before you commit to the Nordreth Cabinet 62.

Good, with one reservation about the Nordreth Cabinet 62

Second monimolimnion sampling spar we have run; the Nordreth Cabinet 62 replaced an older one. Ordering spares for the Nordreth Cabinet 62 took longer than we would like. None of that would stop us buying the Nordreth Cabinet 62 again.

Chose it on deck area 1397 square metres

Have had the Nordreth Cabinet 62 in service long enough to say something useful about this monimolimnion sampling spar. Its deck area of 1397 square metres is what settled it. The rest of the Nordreth Cabinet 62 specification did not enter into the decision.

Fixed mooring was the requirement; the Nordreth Cabinet 62 meets it

Came to the Nordreth Cabinet 62 on a recommendation and checked its monimolimnion sampling spar figures ourselves. The Nordreth Cabinet 62 is specified as fixed mooring, which is the option we wanted. For a monimolimnion sampling spar at fixed mooring the Nordreth Cabinet 62 does what the listing says.

34 people was the requirement

Went through the whole monimolimnion sampling spar catalogue twice before the Nordreth Cabinet 62. Its occupancy reads 34 people, and that is the whole reason it is here. No complaints beyond the occupancy of 34 people, and no surprises either.

How the Nordreth Cabinet 62 fits what we actually do

We looked at most of the monimolimnion sampling spar listings before settling on the Nordreth Cabinet 62. The Nordreth Cabinet 62 sits in a seasonal operation, so it spends part of the year idle. Others may weigh it differently, but the Nordreth Cabinet 62 suits us.

Getting the Nordreth Cabinet 62 running

Bought the Nordreth Cabinet 62 after a long comparison against the rest of this monimolimnion sampling spar shortlist. The Nordreth Cabinet 62 arrived ready to run, which is not what we expected. Worth knowing before you commit to the Nordreth Cabinet 62.
