Getting the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill running

Second foehn-sheltered ridge lookout we have run; the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill replaced an older one. We had the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill working before lunch, though the instructions did not help much. We would put another Estavel Post 109 Your Skill in without much thought.

Does what it says: field of view 189 degrees

Came to the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill on a recommendation and checked its foehn-sheltered ridge lookout figures ourselves. The stated field of view is 189 degrees, which is the figure we were checking. Nothing else about the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill stood out, which is what we wanted.

Two seasons with the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill

The Estavel Post 109 Your Skill was not the cheapest foehn-sheltered ridge lookout we considered, and that was fine. A year of steady use and the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill still reads the way it did on day one. That is the whole of it, on the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill at least.

Better than what we ran before the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill

Replaced a much older foehn-sheltered ridge lookout with the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill last season. The Estavel Post 109 Your Skill replaced a unit we had outgrown, and the difference shows day to day. Worth knowing before you commit to the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill.

Platform height 13 metres, exactly as needed

Shortlisted three foehn-sheltered ridge lookout units and the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill was the one we kept. The stated platform height is 13 metres, which is the figure we were checking. At 13 metres it does not need to stand out anywhere else.

Where the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill falls short

The Estavel Post 109 Your Skill is our third foehn-sheltered ridge lookout and the first one specified properly. Fit and finish on the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill is plainly functional rather than good-looking. None of that would stop us buying the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill again.

Bought this foehn-sheltered ridge lookout for 2 hours

We looked at most of the foehn-sheltered ridge lookout listings before settling on the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill. What decided it was the session length at 2 hours. Nothing else about the Estavel Post 109 Your Skill stood out, which is what we wanted.
