Chose the Tirnach Works 70 for being fixed mooring

Have had the Tirnach Works 70 in service long enough to say something useful about this flaw-lead sighting deck. The Works 70 comes as fixed mooring; that ruled the others out for us. Nothing else about the Works 70 stood out, which is what we wanted.
